Mount Elbrus Expedition

Mount Elbrus, at 5,642 meters (18,510 feet), is the highest peak in Europe. Located in the Caucasus Mountains of Russia, this dormant volcano presents unique challenges with its extreme weather conditions.

The Climb

The ascent requires technical skills and proper equipment, especially for the final sections. The weather can change rapidly, making this a challenging but rewarding climb.

Summit Day

Summit day began before dawn, and the climb to the top was grueling but spectacular. Standing on the summit of Europe was a moment I will never forget.
