MANASLU EXPEDITION 2026

The Mountain of the Spirit. The Test of True Endurance.

In 2026, I aim to climb Mount Manaslu (8,163m) — the eighth-highest mountain in the world.
Known as “The Mountain of the Spirit,” Manaslu is a sacred peak located in the Nepalese Himalayas and is one of the most technically demanding climbs among the 8000ers.

This expedition is a crucial step in my long-term project:

8K Summits Nepal – The Ultimate Himalayan Mission.

 About Mount Manaslu

Mount Manaslu rises to 8,163 meters (26,781 ft) and stands proudly in the Mansiri Himal of Nepal.
The name “Manaslu” comes from the Sanskrit word “Manasa”, meaning soul or spirit, reflecting the mountain’s deep cultural significance.

Manaslu Is Known For:

For many climbers, Manaslu is the perfect peak to test true high-altitude skills before attempting the tougher giants.

 My Mission 2026

Manaslu is more than a climb for me —
it is a journey of inner strength, discipline, and courage.

As part of my pursuit to summit all eight 8000-meter peaks of Nepal, Manaslu is a major milestone in the 8K Summits Challenge.
This expedition will help refine my technical skills and prepare me for the remaining Himalayan giants.
